Reza M. Reza
Digital Canada Communications Inc. a business that Reza M. Reza owned before Ramsplatform.com was "dissolved for non-compliance by the Canadian Government". |
Reza M. Reza also known as Mosaddeque Reza,[1], is the current owner of the company Ramsplatform.com. Reza is a thief and liar who has a long history of illegally breaking business contracts and cannot be trusted.
I had a business contract with Reza M. Reza from 2002 - 2005. For your own safety and financial well being, do not do any business with Reza M. Reza. I learned the hard way that Mr. Mosaddeque is a liar and a thief who cannot be trusted.
I entered into business contract with Reza M. Reza in 2002 to create an online Odessa Ukraine guide named Odessaguide.com. I created 100% of the content for the website over the space of one year. Once the money started coming in, Reza M. Reza decided to illegally break the contract. The webpage was up for ten years, from 2004 - 2014. The website earned thousands of dollars on the webpage. In all that time, I never received any compensation for my work. Reza M. Reza broke the contract, refused to talk to me again, and threatened me with his lawyer. Repeated emails and calls over the years have remained unanswered. This website (and [others like it]) will show definitively that Reza M. Reza is a thief and a dishonest liar who cannot be trusted to honor business transactions. |

Odessaguide.com
In the summer of 2002 as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer I met Reza M. Reza in Odessa Ukraine. Reza said he was there for business, but he was actually there to meet a woman he would marry in Odessa. Impressed with my knowledge of the city, he asked me if I wanted to write an online guide to Odessa. We signed a very one sided contract that benefited him. For three months I did research and took thousands of pictures of the city.
I created 100% of the content of the Odessaguide.com website and 100% of the photographs. I came up with the name "Odessaguide.com". <ref>Odessaguide.com: See portions of the website (Archive.org version currently minus the pictures)</ref>
As I started to work with Reza M. Reza, I started to be surprised at how terse and rude Reza M. Reza was. He would openly talk about ripping off and hiding information from his other business partners and would belittle translators that I got him in contact with. Reza M. Reza is a Bangladeshi. He often gloated about how he had ripped off his other Bangladeshi business partners.
After I finished with the project in Odessa, I began working with Reza over emails. Reza M. Reza would become enraged by my inquiries and was quite belittling. All of these e-mails I will post here.
Reza M. Reza sees himself as a shrewd businessman but in reality he is a conman who will rip off anyone he works with if given the opportunity.

Reza M Reza broke the contract
Reza M Reza never paid me for the advertising revenue that he received from the website I had spent hundreds of hours building.
He never redesigned the webpage as he stated in this email, instead he kept the webpage active for ten years and received profits from the webpage. The totals in this email he invented from thin air to assure that he would never pay anything for all of my labor.
From the webpage he received all of the profits and I received nothing. Reza M. Reza is an extremely dishonest liar and a thief who cannot be trusted.
From Reza M. Reza (reza@digitalcanada.net) Sat August 6, 2005 Travis: This is a formal letter. One is being sent to you by mail through my company letter head and official seals. There is no need for you to reply to this. Attempts to get in touch with me, except request for quarterly Google Advertisement Statements, will be considered harassment. If you have any issues or concerns, contact my lawyer Arie Gaertner, of Gaertner & Tobin Barristers & Solicitors, directly - who is representing my business interests with regards to several projects I have in Ukraine. Phone#: 416-599-7700. Due to a large number of requests from the general public and as Americans and Canadians no longer require a visa to visit Ukraine as of August 1st 2005, I am swamped with a large number of requests about the Odessa Guide website. As a result, I am re-launching the website with the old content for a period of approximately 6 - (Continued on next page)
